Overview
This website is operated by SweatLab Supply ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Online store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal purpose.
Products and information
We try to describe our products and show their images as accurately as possible. Specifications such as weight capacity, noise level and dimensions come from the manufacturer. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Calorie, distance and similar figures shown by our products are estimates only and are not medical or scientific measurements.
Health and safety
Our products are for general fitness use. Check with a doctor before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while. Always follow the product's instructions and weight limits, and keep children and pets away from moving equipment.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, in the case of a pricing error or suspected fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweatLab Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
