Calorie Counting Jump Rope, Weighted & Adjustable
Ten minutes counts
You don't need an hour at the gym to get your heart rate up. A few short jump rope sets between meetings is a simple way to break up a long day at the desk, and the counter keeps score so you can see your progress.
Questions, answered
How does the counter work?
A small LCD in one handle counts rotations and tracks your time. Enter your weight (20–120 kg) and it estimates calories burned. You can also set a timer from 1 to 60 minutes.
How accurate is the jump count and calorie number?
The counter tracks handle rotations, so it's a good match for your jumps when you use the rope normally. In cordless mode it counts swings rather than confirmed jumps. Calories are an estimate based on your weight and count, not a medical measurement.
Can I use it indoors or in a small space?
Yes. Swap the rope for the two weighted cordless balls and you get the same arm motion without a rope hitting the ceiling, furniture or pets.
Does it connect to an app?
No. This model has a built-in display only and doesn't need a phone or app.
What's in the box?
2 weighted handles, 1 adjustable rope (up to 9.8 ft), 2 cordless balls, 2 cable ties, a spare CR2032 battery, a small screwdriver for changing the battery, and a storage bag.
Can I return it?
Yes. Return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
